Q. Can we customize the name and layout to match our site?
A. Unfortunately not. These interfaces are extremely detailed and it would take an enormous amount of time to customize them for each customer.
Q. How reliable are Worldwide Feeds?
A. Our feeds are monitored around the clock 7 days a week to ensure that your customers always have access to our products. We use fully redundant, high end servers connected to the backbone at over 100 mbps with an uptime of 99.9%. We understand the importance of providing your customers with a reliable product at the fastest speeds possible.

Q. How long does it take for my account to be activated?
A. Once we have received your order, it will take between 24 - 48 hours to activate your account.
Q. What type of video formats do you offer?
A. We offer content in the Windows Media Player format. All feeds are optimized for High and Low Bandwidth users and contain the best quality sound output along with multiple zoom, fast forward and rewind, slider bars and full-screen options.
Q. Can I load these products in Frames?
A. Yes, but some older browsers do not pass information correctly and so the feeds might not work properly with frames.
Q. How often do you update your existing products?
A. We update all our channels on a weekly basis, which translates into daily updates and post them on our home page so you can let your members know.
Q. . How do I cancel my feeds?
A. To cancel, please email us at support@worldwidefeeds.com your links will be deactivated soon after your request for termination. Please Note: You will be charged for any bandwidth usages you may have accrued during the new month.
